I was put on a “do not email list” and no one , including me, knew why. I was promised 4 months of free service….yet I only got 3 months of free service. No thank you; no “good-bye”; no special offers or encouragement to continue my service with them. Like someone said about, “I guess Ancestry.com does not need any more customers” (In reality they don’t –they can’t serve the ones they have!!!!!!)
